Vermiglio

Winter 1944. In a small mountain village in Trentino, northern Italy, the war is both far away and omnipresent. When a young soldier arrives, seeking refuge, the dynamics of the local schoolteacher’s family are changed forever. The young man and the eldest daughter fall in love, which leads to marriage and an unexpected fate.
